Gift vouchers

All gift cards and vouchers are worth face value only and have no cash value, therefore they cannot be exchanged for cash.

Gift cards are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person if you are unable to use them within the time frame of use.

Gift cards must be presented at the time of use unless they are bought online through Emerald Therapies online booking system, in which case they will be already there for us to view. We will not accept any liability for lost or stolen gift cards or for any remaining balance. We may withdraw the use of the gift card and require alternative payment, should we believe it to be a copy and not issued by Emerald Therapies.

Gift cards can be used towards payments of treatments of a higher cost and can also be used to buy our products.

Expiry date is five years from the date of purchase as per government guidelines. Treatment must be booked within this time frame.
