DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE

If you’re a fan of firm massage, deep tissue massage is for you. This remedial treatment is especially effective at targeting specific issues such as back and neck pain, muscular strains and injuries.

Using classical massage strokes with my hands, elbows and forearms, I will work deeply into connective tissues and muscles. You may be asked to breathe in when I encounter a particularly tense area as it can be slightly painful, but you will feel the benefits and subsequently be more relaxed and pain-free.

Deep tissue massage techniques are also used during sports massages.
